[UPDATE: 3:15PM] Real quick, since Paul asked, I interviewed Anthony Bourdain probably two years ago. It was when FOX was airing Kitchen Confidential, based on Anthony's book of the same name. He's REALLY tall and a really nice guy. And there's a bravado about him that you can see in No Reservations but you can feel it when he's in the room.

Did you ask him about all the disgusting things he eats? At this point, I wouldn't be suprised if during an episode he ate poop.
